It depends entirely on scope, so I quote per project rather than publishing a rate card. A single automation that saves a few hours a week is a small, fast engagement. A full school management system is not. Tell me the problem and I will come back with a fixed scope and a fixed price before you commit to anything.
Most automations ship in one to three weeks. Websites usually take two to four weeks. Full systems and Android apps run longer, typically six to twelve weeks depending on how much has to be migrated. You get a timeline in writing before the build starts, and you can watch progress as it happens.
I already do. A school website I built and maintain is in daily use by parents and staff, a school management system runs live operations, and my Android apps are published on Google Play. I am a student and a working freelance developer at the same time, and the work in production is the part that should decide it for you.
Yes. You own the source code, the accounts, and the data outright once the project is paid for. Everything is handed over with documentation, and nothing is locked to a platform only I can access.
You get a handover session and written documentation so your team can run the thing day to day. Bugs traced to my build get fixed at no cost. Beyond that, I offer ongoing maintenance and feature work, but it is optional. You are never trapped in a retainer to keep your own system running.
